
Laura Cooney was born and raised in Queens, New York and lived there until she developed a strange aversion for the letter R, at which point she moved to the Boston area. Her work has appeared in Gothic.net, Horrorfind.com, Lullaby Hearse and Bloodlust-UK. Laura wrote the Foreword and jacket copy to “Luck Was A Stranger,” a memoir written by her father, William R. Cooney. She shares space with her husband and fellow horror writer L. L. Soares, and their pet iguana, Lemmy.
Cody Goodfellow has written two novels, Radiant Dawn and Ravenous Dusk, and is a licensed practitioner of psychic surgery.
Brenden Haukos (pronounced Hocus Pocus) lives in central Minnesota. His first published story appeared in Cthulhu Sex Magazine. Brenden wishes he could say he is a twelve year-old boy with a chain-smoking alcoholic mother that keeps him locked in the basement with the family's six dogs and thirteen cats — their lawn left unmowed so long, the grass brushes against the windows. For effect. He only lives next to these people.

Darja Malcolm-Clarke has masters degrees in Folklore and English and is working towards a doctorate in the latter, studying speculative literature and critical theory. She attended Clarion West in 2004 and knows the feline words for “river,” “UFO,” and “waffle mix,” as they were recently relayed to her by her cat in a dream. She lives in numinous southern Indiana where cornfields watch and buildings of limestone lie in wait.
