1. Foam Train fonts are released in freeware and commercial release versions. Fonts in the Free Fonts page are released as freeware for personal use and for use by non-profit organizations. Commercial releases are available on the Buy Fonts page.
Commercial use of any freeware Foam Train font requires the user to purchase a commercial license or a Commercial Release version; this license is a single user license and includes unlimited use and free updates of that font. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, display within logos or graphics on a commercial web site, in printed material such as a magazine or book, in electronic form such as embedded in a PDF or MS Word document. 2. All fonts have been tested under Macintosh platform and in several software applications. However all fonts are provided as is; Foam Train accepts no liability from their use including, but not limited to, loss of data or failure of any application to recognize any font. Should you encounter problems with any font please let us know via the Contact page.
3. All freeware fonts are provided in PC and Macintosh TrueType format. All commercial releases are availabe in TrueType and PostScript Type 1 format.
4. Foam Train retains copyright on all fonts released. Fonts may not be reverse-engineered without prior written permission. By downloading and installing the fonts you agree to our terms and conditions.
5. Distribution of any Foam Train fonts, freeware or Commercial Release versions is strictly PROHIBITED. If you wish to include any font on a CD-ROM collection or bundled with any other software you must contact Foam Train for terms and conditions.
Distribution of derivative works such as tiles or desktop theme sets from any Commercial Release, Sampler, Foam Train font and/or Freeware font from commercial AND personal sites and use in/on any other medium except traditional print and electronic form requires a special license. Please contact Foam Train for terms and conditions.
6. Foam Train currently does not use cookies. However when you add an item to your shopping cart cookies are used via PayPal.
7. Foam Train does not hold personal data of its users; however when a user purchases a commercial license or a Commercial Release only their name, email address and item(s) purchased is retained so that we may notify the user if that font has been updated. Foam Train respects your privacy and will not pass or sell these details to a third party. If a font is updated and you have purchased a license for it, we will send an email informing you of the update so that you may upgrade your copy at no charge. If you do not wish to receive notice please let us know.
8. Foam Train can not accept responsibility for the content of any site or page linked to once you have left our site.
9. Foam Train can not accept liability for any loss in the event access to the site is temporarily interrupted or suspended without notice due to system failure, maintenance, repair or for reasons beyond our control.
10. Site contents are copyright Foam Train and may not be used, copied or re-distributed without written permission.
